The Centre for Sustainable Development is perfect for conferences, launches, cocktail receptions and more. A unique, easily accessible location in the heart of Montreal’s Quartier des spectacles, close to the following metro stations: Place-des-Arts, Saint-Laurent and Place-d’Armes.
All rooms, except for the Atrium and the Terrasse, offer a choice of layouts + media equipment that is included in the price. A catering service is also available.

Reserve in 4-hour blocks:
- Morning: 8:00 to 12:00
- Noon: 10:30 to 2:30
- Afternoon: 1:00 to 5:00
- “5 à 7”: 4:00 to 8:00
- Evening: 6:00 to 10:00
An after-hours fee of $30/hr will apply to any rentals after 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and after 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

To reserve a room, fill out this form. We will complete your reservation over the phone and send a contract and an invoice by email.
Payment
Room rentals are payable by cheque only (to the order of the Maison du développement durable). The total amount is due and payable at the latest ten days after receipt of the bill. We will hold your reservation until this time.
Cancellation policy and fees:
More than 15 days before the reservation date: 30% of the price of the room rental will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 15 and 4 days before the reservation date: No refund for the price of the room rental.
Less than 3 days before the reservation date: No refund (for either the price of the room rental or any additional services).
No cancellations by phone. Only cancellations in writing or by email will be considered.
